Course facilitated and guided by Marie Carrell.  Leveraging over 18 years of people leadership and finance expertise, Marie Carrell is an experienced dental practice leader. Marie is a member of SHRM, the Society of Human Resource Management, and holds a certificate in HR Compliance from William Mitchell School of Law. As a previous Dental Practice Manager, Marie created sustainable practice growth and developed a fun, high-performing team culture with the practice recognized as “the best place to work” in the area. She is excited to support others in developing high-performing teams with practical advice in coaching and leading teams through the entire employee life cycle from attracting talent, leading the team, and making sensible decisions to develop and protect a strong culture. Marie worked in investment banking as a Vice President and manager for a large financial institution where she was responsible for mentoring and coaching other managers in leadership, HR and team performance.
